- beloved wife Elizabeth Kincannon all moveable property and one third of plantation during her natural life
- son James five pounds
- son Andrew five pounds
- dau Mary Smith fifty pounds
- son Francis twenty pounds
- daughter Elizabeth Porterfield fifty pounds
- granddaughter Betsy Scott thirty pounds
- son George the plantation on which he now dwells after paying to Mary Smith and Elizabeth Porterfield as above
- son Mathew Kincannon all the plantation on which he now dwells he to pay James Kincannon, Andrew Kincannon, Francis Kincannon and Betsy Scott the sums above and forty pounds to be equally divided between James, Andrew and Francis Kincannon also all my debts and funeral charges
- above legacies be paid within 5 years after my decease
- appoint James Kincannon, and John Stewart executors
