Moses C. Orr of Washington Co., Virginia

1. brother James Orr 2 slaves Jacob and Jenny; cancel note of abt $200 held on James; also gift money to pay note James owes brother Arthur

2. sister Patsy Lea $500 held in trust by brother James to be used exclusively by her and should there be any remaining at her death she may devise it as she wishes regardless of whether she is single or married.

3. nephew Moses C. Orr, son of James, $500 and a good horse

4. nephews John Smith and James Smith $250 each

5. three sons of deceased sister Jane Preston $250 each

6. children of deceased sister Elizabeth McSpadden $250 each to be paid at age 21 or when marry

7. nephews Mathew and William Ryburn, sons of my sister Patsy $250 each to be paid at age 21

8. niece Minerva, wife of Robert Henderson , $250, to be the first legacy paid after my debts are paid

9. remainder of real and personal estate to all my brothers and sisters or the heirs of those already dead as though the same were descending from me intestate

10. having omitted it from the position in which it should have been placed, leave $250 to James, the infant son of my brother James
