2. iron railing placed around graves of myself, my husband, my child, my sister Polly and my first husband; also suitable markers

3. to Florence M. Smith 10 acres of land upon which she lives and after her death to her children

to David Edmondson and his wife Mary 6 acres of land on which they now live. After their death to be divided between his children: Nicholas (parcel with house), Stuart, and Mail

4. remainder of land at or near Glade Spring Depot to be sold; buy David Edmondson a good suit; remainder divided among children of brother Robert and William Scott

5. sister Sallie Edmondson note for $500 held on James O. Ryburn w/ John Allison, Wm Ryburn securities

6. brother Robert Scott $200; and $200 to each of his children: Jane, William, Sarah Ann, Melissa, John & Elizabeth

7. brother William Scott’s children: William, John, Samuel, Robert, Moses, James and Sallie each $200

window curtains, table cloths, table ware, to be equally divided by Sallie Edmondson and Florence Smith

1 cherry bureau and 1 small table to Doria Weeks (colored)

16. remainder of personal property to be sold

Any monies remaining after pay legacies to be divided among Robert and William Scott’s children, David Edmondson’s children & Sallie Edmondson
