“Mrs. Cora Ryburn – Erwin, Tenn. – A grave side funeral for Mrs. Cora Ray Ryburn, 89, of 2408 Glenn St. SW, Huntsville, who died Sunday at a Huntsville hospital, will be at 2 pm Tuesday at Evergreen Cemetery in Erwin with Laughlin Service in charge.
     Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. John F. Neely, Jr. and Mrs. Leo Brookshire, both of Huntsville; five sons, Lynn Ryburn, Ray Ryburn and Jack Ryburn, all of Erwin, Charles Ryburn of Kingsport, Tenn, and William Ryburn of Silver Springs, Md.
     The family requests that memorial contributions be made to the First Presbyterian Church organ fund.”

“SERVICES TUESDAY FOR MRS. RYBURN – Mrs. Cora Ray Ryburn, 89, died in Huntsville, Al, at 11:45 p.m. on Dec. 22, following a brief illness.
     Mrs. Ryburn was a native of Erwin but had resided in Huntsville for the past ten years. She was a member of the Erwin Presbyterian Church and was the widow of the late John Ryburn. Survivors include five sons, F. Lynn, Jack and Ray, all of Erwin, William, Silver Springs, MD, Charles, Kingsport, two daughters, Mrs. Frank Neely and Mrs. Leo Brookshire, both of Huntsville, AL; eight grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
     The body was returned to Erwin for burial. Graveside services were conducted at 2 p.m. on Tuesday at the Evergreen Cemetery. Rev. Robert Kribbs officiated at the services. Robert Ledford Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.”
