Andrew Larimer of Washington County, Virginia

- just debts and funeral expenses be paid

- wife Isabella to have plantation until son Robert turns 21. Then land to be laid off into 3 equal lots with Robert receiving 1/3 of the 2/3 portion; other sons, John and Andrew James to receive same when they turn 21. If Isabella marries again she is to receive no more than the law allows her and the balance to be disposed of for the benefit of the children. Under the same conditions, Isabella also to receive all the stock of horses, cattle, sheep and hogs; also farming utensils, wagon, smithy tools.

- after death of wife 3 sons Robert, John and Andrew James to divide plantation equally between themselves

- each daughter (named as Margaret, Ann, Sarah, Dorcas, Phoebe and Mary) at age 21 to have 1 horse worth $35 to $40 and a saddle and bridle worth $20.
