- just debts be paid

- beloved wife Rachel as long as she remains my widow, all my lands, household & kitchen furniture, 3 head of horses & also my sheep, hogs, cattle, wagons, farming implements, all bonds and money

- daughter Sallie and 2 sons Charlie and Emett 1 horse saddle & bridle each or the value of a medium horse to each in money; also 1 cow, 1 bed & bedding to each

- to my 2 sons Palser & Christopher in consideration of a horse bridle & saddle which they have already got, [give] 1 cow – bed & bedding each

- to all of my children by my first wife and my daughter Jane Widener by my last wife in consideration of what I have already given them [I give] $1 each

- 4 sons Palser, Christopher, Charlie and Emett at the death of my wife to divide all my land equally among them

- at death of my wife all of the property, bonds & moneys to be equally divided between my children of my last wife except the household and kitchen furniture which I desire my 2 sons Charlie & Emett to have.

- appoint Palser & Christopher Larimer executors
