William B. Hall of Washington Co. Virginia

1. just debts and funeral expenses to be paid

2. stone or monument to be erected at grave suitable to my station in life

3. to mother Elizabeth M. Hall all my property of every kind and description, and after her death I give to my cousin A.M. Byars the cove in Smyth County, Virginia which was owned by my grandfather John Byars and conveyed by him to my father John D. Hall. I give my Bekam Cove to my cousin W.B. Nye, it being a portion of the cove purchased by my father John D. Hall and Dr. A.D. Hutton from Chas S. Bekam & divided by them.

4. $500 to cousin Earl Earl B. Clark

5. residue of estate to the Trustees of The Assembly's Home and School located at Fredericksburg, Virginia to be invested by them.

6. A.M. Byars and F.B. Hutton executors
