I Mathew Ryburn of Washington Co, State of Virginia….

- just debts to be paid from personal property

- to son Beatie Ryburn part of tract of land where I now live supposed to contain 100 acres lying on the north and western part of the tract agreeable to the partition now made to him and his heirs forever. Also Negro man named Blake and bookcase.

- to son Mathew Ryburn tract of land where I now live except that part which I give to my son Beatie. Also Negro man named Frank, two horses, wagon, three milch cows, six sheep, all my hogs, two beds and furniture, my cupboard and one half of my cupboard and kitchen furniture and all my farming tools.

- to daughter Jane Ryburn my bureau, three beds and necessary furniture three milch cows, her choice of my horses, six sheep, six windsor chairs, my Negro boy Bill, my silver tea spoons, and the one half of my cupboard and kitchen furniture. Jane to have a decent maintenance from the land given to Mathew as along as she remains unmarried.

- to daughter Ann Ryburn two beds and necessary furniture, two milch cows, her choice of my young mares, six sheep, a bureau and twenty dollars. Also Negro boy named Henderson.

- to daughter Sarah Davis, Negro boy named Sam

- to daughter Nancy Buchanan Negro boy named Major and two hundred dollars, being money due me from James Buchanan, her husband.

- to daughters Elenor Nichol and Mary McNeille each one hundred dollars.

- Order and direct that Negro woman named Biddy be sold and the money be equally divided between daughters Sarah Davis, Ann and Nancy Buchanan. Remaining property to be sold and the proceeds after paying $100 to Elenor Nichol and Mary McNeille to be equally divided between Sarah Davis, Ann & Nancy Buchanan.
