- beloved wife all real estate during her life; after her death dau Jennett to have the Ryburn field; balance of real estate to 4 boys: Thomas, Albert, William and John.

- 4 boys to pay son Lee $1,400, daughter Maggie $1,400, son Graham $500, daughter Jennett $400 and grandson John Dickey Porterfield $500

- dau Jennett the west room upstairs with bedding and furniture

- Albert and John all farming implements, cattle, sheep and hogs, except 2 horses and 2 cows to wife

- sons Albert, John, Thomas and William to give John Dickey Porterfield a home and a business education
