Enough perishable property be sold to pay lawful debts and funeral expenses

Beloved wife Betsy & son William all my personal and real estate to be equally theirs and their heirs forever with two exceptions:

If an heir or heirs shall hereafter be born of my wife to me they shall inherit equally with my wife and my son William

Second if my wife do marry again she forfeits her right in my two Negro boys Joe and Anthony & they shall belong entirely to my other heir or heirs

I do not allow my heirs to stand bound for the management of the estate of Moses Edmiston deceased but that the guardian of said Edmiston
