Nickerson Snead of the County of Washington, state of Virignia

- executors to pay all just debts & funeral expenses from personal estate; the remainder of my personal effects to my wife, Elizabeth Snead

- to my sister-in-law Sarah Edmondson the house now occupied by R.F. Smith situated on the south side of my farm; also 10 acres of surrounding land

- remainder of my lands to my wife Elizabeth during her life; at her death land to be sold at public sale and proceeds equally divided among my living brothers and sisters and the heirs of those deceased

- appt friends David M. Stuart and James S. Buchanan executors
