- dau Rosannah Stewart and John Stewart her husband the plantation we live on with all farming utensils; also Negro man Jack
- Rosannah and John to keep my dau Sarah Beatie and my son Francis Beatie during their lives in good warm clothing, victuals and drinks sufficiently to support them decently; should John or Rossanah neglect said children then executors to detain so much of the benefits of the plantation as will be sufficient to support them
- son David Beatie and daughter Mary Beatie – to each of them a cow worth three pounds
- dau Jane Bustard twenty pounds to be paid in horses, cattle
