- daughter-in-law Catharine: side saddle

- balance of stock and personal property to be equally divided amongst my six children

- notes held on sons William, Samuel and John be given to them and balance of bonds and monies to be equally divided amongst my six children

- sons John and Abram: two servants Barbary and Campbell, jointly
