I, Isabella Hutton conscious of the uncertainty of life, feble in health but of sound mind and disposing memory do make and publish this my last will and testament.

1st. I give and bequeath to my Daughter Rachel M. Hutton one bed and Bedsted pillers bolster one pair blankets two quilts & one coverlid two large pillers and cases and one Hauded bed and beding: one harrow one pare of doubletrees and stretchers and one large sault kettle and my bureau.

2nd. I give and bequeath to my Grand daughter Rebecca Hutton two beds and bedsteds pillers bolsters one pare of Blankets two quilts to each Bed one cupboard and press.

3rd. I give and bequeath to my daughter Mary E. Ryburn one chane quilt and one coverlid mown as her Fathers’.

4th. I give and bequeath my son John A.P. Hutton one counterpane and one table cloth.

5th I give and bequeath to my Gran Son Lewis J. Walden one Blanket

6th I give and bequeath to my Daughter Rachel M. Hutton and Gran daughter Rebecca Hutton the ballance of my Blankets sheets table cloths and towels to be divided equil betwen them and also the ballance of my househole & kitchen furnature to be dervided equal between them.

7th I drect after my funial expences are pade out of my stock the ballance be devided equal between my daughter Rachel M. Hutton & my Gran daughter Rebecca Hutton.

Witness my hand this 24th day of January in the year of our Lord eighteen Hundred and ninety one.

At a Court continued and held for Washington County the 16th day of April, 1895.

A writing purporting to be the last will and testament of Isabella Hutton, deceased was this day produced in open Court and proved by the oaths of L.J. Walden one of the subscribing witnesses thereto, and the due attestation of the said will by S.J. Hutton the other subscribing witness thereto was also proved by the oaths of the said L.J. Walden.
It is therefore ordered that the said writing be recorded as and for the last will and testament of Isabella Hutton deceased in due form.
