Mary Ann Hutten of Washington County, Virginia

1. to daughter Margaret Hutten and son John Hutten my plantation of 133 acres as left to me by my husband John Hutten dec’d to be divided equally by a line (mentions lands belonging to estate of Dickson Hutton) - land east of the line to son John who is to pay his sister Jane Hutton (who is blind) $20 a year - land west of the line to dau Margaret who is to provide sister Jane with what she requires for a comfortable living beyond that which is covered by John’s $20 per month - Jane to receive profits from land herself if John and Margaret do not provide for her.

2. son Samuel my undivided interest in 1/9th of a tract of land containing 130 acres in Poor Valley in Washington County belonging to the heirs of my father William Cunningham, dec’d.

3. daughter Jane Hutten 1 bed and furniture; daughter Elizabeth Scott 1 bed and furniture; granddaughter Susannah Hutten $30

4. daughter Margaret Hutten all other beds and furniture, household and kitchen furniture, various farm animals and farm equipment

5. remainder personal estate to be sold - balance after paying debts, funeral expenses and legacies above to be equally divided among daughters: Elizabeth Scott, Susannah Hutten, wife of John Hutten, Mary Ann Hayter
