1. just debts and funeral expenses paid
2. my land to sister Margaret Clark
3. my slaves to be free
4. furniture in the 2 upper shelf of my cupboard to sister Margaret Clark
5. my cooking stove to Margaret Clark; also my bedstead and bedding for 2 beds; one large bedstead to my servants; 1 bed and bedding to Rachel Greer; ˝ of my blankets to Margaret Clark and the other half to my servants. My falling leaf table and side saddle to Margaret Clark; other saddle to servants; all dead meat on hand to my servants. I will to Wm S. Ryburn 2 of my bee hives and 1 to Sarah C. McCall. My servants to have ˝ of my grain and the other half to be sold; remainder of my property not mentioned to be sold.
6. Margaret Clark to have ˝ of the money from the sale of property and the other ˝ to my servants.
