Richard Montgomery of Washington Co., Virginia

1. wife Betsy her living on third of my plantation during her life

2. sons Richard and Henry my plantation forever to be equally divided between them.

3. daughter Jane 1 horse and saddle and other property to be equal with what I gave my other daughters, married and left me.

4. daughter Polly 1 horse and saddle and other property to be equal with what I gave my other daughters that left me

5. wife Betsy 1 horse and saddle, 2 cows and my household and kitchen furniture.

- daughters Jane and Polly each $50

6. daughters Nancy, Susannah, Jane, Polly, Peggy each $5

7. daughter Betsy, deceased, to her daughter Nancy Ann $5 when she comes of age to be considered her mother’s share.

8. sons Richard and Henry my wagon, gears and horses, cows, sheep and hogs, my farming utensils ; all rest of my estate equally divided between them

9. son Richard Montgomery and son Henry Montgomery executors
